In the 27th year of the international conspiracy of 15 February against the Kurdistan Freedom Movement and our people in the person of Rêber Apo, we once again condemn with hatred all the conspirators who played a role in this heinous attack.

We salute with great respect the resistance that our representative in Imrali prison has been putting up for years with great patience and under the harshest conditions. We commemorate with respect and gratitude our ‘You cannot darken our sun-martyrs’ from Halit Oral and Rojbîn Arap to Viyan Soran to Asya Ali and Rojger Hêlîn. They have formed a circle of fire around Rêber Apo to shed light on the darkness of the conspiracy. We remember all our martyrs on this path who have declared war on the conspiracy with great respect and gratitude. We emphasise once again the promise and determination to keep the memory of these precious martyrs alive by leading the struggle to overcome the international conspiracy to victory.

In the 26 years since the conspiracy, our representative, our movement and our people have put up a great resistance. This conspiracy, which was directed against the freedom, the future and the existence of the Kurdish people, has been foiled thanks to the resistance of our people, who created heroic epics, and the conspiracy was essentially foiled. The new system of thought that Rêber Apo developed with great patience and perseverance under the conditions of the İmralı torture system and the superhuman resistance he put up due to his standpoint, as well as the struggle of the freedom guerrillas in the mountains of Kurdistan, which was waged with great courage despite shortcomings, and the high degree of sacrifice shown by our people, have made this result possible. The colonialist and fascist Turkish state wanted to renew the international conspiracy again and again. But because this conspiracy remained fruitless, he plunged his own people into hunger and misery. Insisting on war policy, he has marketed his own country to foreign powers. Even today, attempts are being made to maintain this conspiracy in various forms. Attacks are carried out in different forms and at different levels.

There is no doubt that the main aim of the conspiracy was to liquidate the Rêber Apo line in Kurdistan and the Middle East. With his self-sacrificing march, Rêber Apo has integrated himself into the reality of the people in Kurdistan. The people of Kurdistan have accepted Rêber Apo as their consciousness, their will, their identity and their representative. This bond has become an unbreakable truth. The Kurdish people's struggle for freedom, led by Rêber Apo and the PKK, not only had an impact on the whole of Kurdistan, but also on the Middle East and the world. In short, the determined struggle of Rêber Apo, our movement and our people, waged with great foresight and sacrifice, has made the line of our representatives stronger today than ever before and led the struggle for freedom to success despite all obstacles. The people of Kurdistan and the cause of freedom will now continue their struggle to completely eliminate the international conspiracy unhindered. They will know how to eliminate all the damage caused by the international conspiracy by liberating Rêber Apo.

The reality of the conspiracy of 15 February, which has gone down in history as a black day for the Kurdish people, is the reality of the mentality of denial. This denial has been used against the Kurdish people for 101 years. It is above all the colonialist understanding, policies, attitudes and attacks that have been experienced at a higher level in the last 10 years. After the attempted coup on 15 July 2016, an environment was created that the AKP government used as an opportunity. At the same time, Gladio NATO offered him high-tech weapons, which he saw as a blessing. In this combination, he wanted to create a method of achieving results through destruction and war. Our people and our struggle had no other option but to resist. The colonialist - fascist AKP state, which could not achieve the desired result in the face of the resistance and the reality of the struggle, wants to finalise the conspiracy differently. On the one hand, he wants to ‘close the floodgates’ and thus carry out the occupation and annexation of South Kurdistan. On the other hand, it is attacking the peoples of Rojava and north-east Syria in their autonomous and peaceful administrative areas. However, this period we are going through now is the period of removing all the damage caused by the process of international conspiracy. This is undoubtedly a goal that can only be achieved with the freedom of Rêber Apo and the resolution of the Kurdish question. This is the ultimate goal that the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas are striving for in the new period of struggle. Everyone must know that our people and we, the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, can no longer accept the imprisonment of Rêber Apo. As long as Rêber Apo's freedom is not guaranteed, we cannot speak of a final defeat of the conspiracy. Just as we know that we are speaking of a fact in which our people cannot be liberated. In the newly dawned period, our struggle for freedom and our people are facing the practical realisation of this process.

The Kurdistan People's Defence Forces await the 27th anniversary of the international conspiracy in the light of an understanding of organisation and defense that corresponds to the spirit of the times within the framework of the new period war doctrine. This means that we have the fight against the conspiracy before our eyes. At the same time, we also have the valuable efforts of our representative and the developments before our eyes. Together we pursue the freedom of Rêber Apo. In this context, it is an indisputable fact that every HPG guerrilla moulded with the fighting style demanded by the era will play its role towards the goal of turning this ‘Black Day’ into a ‘White Day’. It is a much greater awareness and sacrifice as a fighter to stand against it with the will, the faith, the determination and the spirit of sacrifice. In this context, it is important to fulfill the requirements of the era's tasks without compromising the line of battle demanded by the era. This is the only way to bury the international conspiracy on the dark pages of history. While the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla is aware of its increasing military capability based on the Apoist spirit of sacrifice, it is prepared for a successful resistance with the new tactical steps it has developed and its technical development. She is prepared for every task that this process requires and knows how to act in accordance with this line.

On this basis, we salute our patriotic people, the families of the martyrs, the friends of our people, our comrades resisting in the prisons and all groups fighting for this cause in the face of the attack of the International Conspiracy of 15 February, and we wish everyone success in the struggle for the physical liberation of Rêber Apo.
