The details of the actions carried out by our forces and the attacks of the occupying Turkish army are as follows:
1. Heftanîn region:
On 21 January at 15:30, the Turkish occupation army and the Iraqi border troops launched an operation against our forces with armoured vehicles, helicopters, UCAVs and warplanes in the area between the villages of Şîlan, Şûdinê, Sorya and Demka in the Keşan Resistance Area. Our forces responded to these attacks with individual weapons and hand grenades as part of their legitimate defense. As a result of the action of our forces, as far as we could ascertain, at least one soldier of the Turkish occupying state was punished and many invaders were wounded.
On 24 January at 07:15, the Iraqi border troops launched an operation on the ground and the Turkish occupation army launched another operation in the Keşan Resistance Area. Iraqi forces attempted to encircle a team of our comrades in the area and a battle ensued. Two members of the Iraqi border troops were killed and one wounded in the clash. Our comrades Zîlan and Delal, who possessed the Apoist spirit of sacrifice, sacrificially went to martyrdom by detonating their bombs on their own bodies in order not to be captured alive in this conflict. The detailed identity of our fallen comrades Zîlan and Delal will be announced later.
The attacks in Heftanîn took place in this manner. Due to the wartime conditions, it took some time for the information to be clarified. Regardless of who attacks the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla with the intention to kill, if this happens, the guerrilla has the right to defend itself against attacks. In particular, the Iraqi and KDP forces in the region should not encounter our forces as part of the Turkish state's operational plans. If they come, our armed forces will provide the necessary response within the framework of the right to self-defense. We know that there are people in the region who want to provoke a conflict between the Iraqi forces and our guerrilla forces. The relevant forces should also pay attention to this.
2. Şehîd Delîl Wester Zap region:
— On 7 February at 22:30, helicopters of the occupying Turkish army in the Sergelê resistance area were attacked twice with heavy weapons.
3. Attacks carried out by the occupying Turkish army;
— Between February 5 and 9, the Berbizinê, Lolan, Şehîd Şerîf, Kendekola, and Goşînê Resistance Areas of the Xakurkê region 16 times; the Girê Kun, Deşta Kafya, Yekmalê, Dêreşê, Bergarê, Mijê, and Mêranê areas of the Garê region 24 times; the Bêşîlî, Serê Metîna Resistance Areas of the Metîna region 3 times; and the Girê Bahar Resistance Area of the Şehîd Delîl Western Zap region 7 times were bombed by warplanes.
